视频播放IIS支持mp4、flv等mime类型的设置
遇到本地可以播放文件，但是上传到网络却不可以的问题，需要在服务器进行MIME类型映射设置，才能支持视频格式，否则无法正常播放。
操作：在服务器IIS ( Internet 信息服务(IIS)管理器 ) 中打开该站点
1、点击“MIME类型”；
2、点击“添加”MIME类型；
MP4格式添加：
文件扩展名：.mp4 （注意前面有个"."）
MIME类型：video/mp4
FLV格式添加：
文件扩展名：.flv（注意前面有个"."）
MIME类型：application/octet-stream
